Union Govt. on Data Protection Rules

The draft of Digital Personal Data Protection Rules seek to protect citizen’s right in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. It aims to achieve harmony between regulation and innovation as per the notice issued by the Union Govt. The said govt. also promises to give time to all stakeholders for smooth transition to achieve compliance. Even people can share their feedback on the draft rules through MyGov portal till February 18.
