LawArticle proudly announces the 4th National Article Writing Competition, 2026, inviting law students, academicians, researchers, legal professionals, and enthusiasts from across India to showcase their legal research and analytical writing skills.

This competition aims to encourage meaningful discussions on one of the most debated constitutional issues of the digital age—Freedom of Speech and Expression in the Era of the Internet. Participants are invited to critically examine the legal, constitutional, technological, and societal dimensions of online free speech.

Whether you are a law student, advocate, researcher, or legal enthusiast, this competition provides an excellent platform to publish your work and gain national recognition.

Submission Guidelines

  • Submit in Microsoft Word format (.doc/.docx).
  • Include an abstract not exceeding 250 words, indicating the chosen theme.
  • One entry per participant, for one theme only.
  • Word limit Minimum 1,000 and Maximum 3,000 words, excluding footnotes.
  • Work must be original and the bona fide work of the participant.
  • Not submitted for any other competition or purpose.
  • Plagiarism beyond the permissible limit shall lead to disqualification.
  • The decision of the organizing committee shall be final and binding.
  • Acceptable Plagiarism limit: 10%
  • Acceptable AI usage: 20%
