SC rejecws review of judgment given on same-sex marriage

The Apex Court rejected petitions seeking review of an October 2023 judgement which refused to legalise same-sex marriage. A five-judge Bench of SC held in short order that they had gone carefully through the judgements delivered by Justices S. Ravindra Bhat and Hima Kohli as well as the concurring opinion expressed by Justice P. S Narasimha. They did not find any error apparent on the face of the Record. Hence, the review petition was rejected.
