Wangchuk’ plea to hold protest to be heard

A plea that seeks to allow climate activist Wangchuk and other activist to hold protest at Jantar Mantar or any other suitable place in the Capital from October 8 to October 23 to be heard by Delhi High Court. The plea was mentioned for an urgent hearing before the Bench of Chief Justice of Delhi Manmohan and Justice Tushar Rao Gedela. The plea also claimed that the police officers failed to provide any reasonable or valid ground for rejecting the request for holding the protest.
