The Bandra Magistrate Court has been approached by a Mumbai based social activist Nikhil Ruparel seeking legal action against Youtubers Ranveer Allahbadia a.k.a BeerBiceps, Ashish Chanchlani, Comedian Samay Raina and other organizers of the show ‘India’s got Latent’ for their controversial remarks during the show.
The complaint was filed for making obscene and vulgar remarks during the show. Ruparel describe their statements as deeply offensive and highly against public decency. He further argued that such behaviour on a public platform contributes to normalisation of disrespectful, harmful conduct and undermines public morality.
