Supreme Court has directed all the cases related to CLAT 2025 Undergraduate course pending before various high courts to be transferred to the Delhi High Court.
The cases are pending in Delhi, Rajasthan,Punjab and Haryana High Courts.
This decision was passed by the bench involving Chief Justice of India Mr. Sanjiv Khanna, and justices P.V Sanjay Kumar and K.V Vishwanathan after the Consortium of NLUs moved to the court with the plea for transferring all matters pending in various jurisdictions under a single court to avoid various and contradictory decisions.
